PART 5 of 6

This article, originally written in the spring of 2019; revised in the midst of Covid; and as a result of feedback; has now become a 6 Part Series. May this new breakdown of the information create yet more pleasant reading for everyone.

“If programming WITHIN the system is important, the meta-programming OF the system itself is even more important.”

(Don’t know who said this, but it has stuck with me for years… and thought it fitting to introduce this article here)

PART 5 — Magnetizing the Electric — a New Intermediary for Finance / Funding rises up

The Advent of a Whole New Arena for the Future of Work…

There have been new advances within the personal / professional development sector, the participatory leadership development sector, and a variety of other pockets of convening and facilitation activity globally:

Art of Hosting / World Cafe

Creating the Future

Sociocracy

u.lab / Presencing Institute

P2 / Public Participation

Human Learning Systems

(Just to name a few)

Are all contributing ground-breaking work, and making landslide progress — AND more specifically online just in the last 2–3 years, and now with Covid, in the last year, more specifically. (Note: the intial draft of this was created in the summer of 2019 before the CV-19 outbreak… and has since been updated.)

They are now ripe for convening and demonstrating their ability to be gathered together as a united service sector in the name of the citizen, and in equal joint ventures and strategic alliances with financial advisors, managers and other Intermediaries on Social Impact Investment efforts.

These pockets of convening and facilitative successes, are leveraging the “empowerment of magnetic pull” all over the planet. They just haven’t been bridged, optimized and leveraged to their fullest — YET.

Because no one has given them heed or focus sufficient to distribute a mass of resources in that direction — YET.

And… that is the point.
